We have approximately 400 chairs located in the main auditorium, with additional chairs available in the lower auditorium. If you require more than 400 chairs, you are welcome to use the additional chairs; however, the same number must be returned downstairs before your hire ends.

Yes, eating inside the main auditorium is permitted when tables and chairs are set up for your event. However, food must be served from the ‘hub’ room.
If the main auditorium is set up with chairs only (no tables), eating is not permitted inside the space.

Most food-related mess and spills occur during food service. The ‘hub’ room has hard flooring and is designed to make food service and cleaning easier to manage during events.
If food is being served at your event, hire of the café area is required. Guests can serve their food from the café area before returning to their tables in the main auditorium to eat.

If you would like to use Unity Hub’s sound equipment, you will be required to hire a Unity Hub sound technician. The fee for this service is $65 per hour.
Included in the $65/hour fee is the setup, operation, and pack-down of all audio equipment. When booking AV support, please allow sufficient time for setup and pack-down based on the complexity of your event.

7 x DI boxes (mix of Behringer and DBX models)
Main auditorium PA system with flown EV speakers and 2 x 18" passive subwoofers
3 stage foldback monitors (2 x Yamaha, 1 x EV)
Please note: We do not provide ¼" instrument leads.

Projector and large projection screen
Rear confidence monitor for presenters (mirrors the projector display)
Fixed warm stage lighting
Additional audio, lighting, or production equipment can be arranged directly through the sound technician at an additional cost.

Yes. If you choose not to hire Unity Hub’s sound equipment or sound technician, you are welcome to bring your own sound gear, including speakers, sound desks, cables, and related equipment.
Please note that if a Unity Hub sound technician is not on site, the sound desk/control area is strictly off limits and must not be accessed by hirers or guests.
